Letscan Monthly Draw - Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Letscan monthly draw (the "Draw") is sponsored by Netzar Labs ("Letscan", the "Sponsor"). Questions about the Draw can be sent to talktous@netzarlabs.com.

2. Eligibility

The Draw is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and members of their households are not eligible. The Draw is void where prohibited by law.

3. No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entry is free. You can enter in either of the following ways:

• Scan receipts in the free Letscan app during a calendar month. You receive one entry for every N receipts scanned, where N is the target shown in the app for that month's draw. Receipts may be from any merchant; no purchase from the Sponsor is ever required. Each physical receipt counts once: scanning the same receipt more than once counts as one receipt, and a receipt split into parts in the app counts as the single original receipt.
• Alternative free entry: during the entry period, email talktous@netzarlabs.com with the subject "Draw entry", your full name, and your account email address to receive one (1) entry. Limit of one alternative entry per person per month.

4. Entry Period

Each draw runs for one calendar month (UTC). Entries close approximately 24 hours before the month ends, when the draw is run.

5. Draw and Odds of Winning

The winner is selected at random from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.

6. Prize

One gift card is awarded per monthly draw, of the approximate value shown in the app for that draw. The merchant is selected by the Sponsor, typically the winner's most-scanned merchant that month. The prize has no cash alternative and is not transferable. The Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

The winner is notified in the app and by email. Before receiving the prize, the winner must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. The prize must be claimed in the app within thirty (30) days of notification or it is forfeited, and the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate winner or cancel the prize for that month.

8. Conditions

Entries generated by fraud, automation, or receipts that are not genuine are void and may disqualify the entrant. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify a draw where fraud or technical failure compromises it, subject to applicable law.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release the Sponsor from claims arising from participation in the Draw or use of a prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Once a gift card is delivered, its use is governed solely by the issuing merchant's terms. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost or stolen codes after delivery, merchant refusal, expiry under the merchant's policy, or technical failures beyond its control. Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

10. Personal Information

Personal information is used to administer the Draw and deliver the prize, in accordance with the Letscan Privacy Policy.

Winners' first name and the first initial of their last name may be shared in the app; a winner may opt out by contacting talktous@netzarlabs.com.

11. General

These rules prevail over any inconsistent statement in advertising or other materials. The Draw is governed by the laws of the province of the Sponsor's head office and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
